Stopped in Saturday afternoon for gas and the clerk didn't put my prepaid gas on the correct pump then instead of asking his manager for help moving it to the correct pump he voided the transaction so now I'm currently waiting for them to return my money to my card. These employees need better training clearly

Price scaming and rude they are over charging on their drinks they charge more then the listed price at their own store DON'T go there anymore.

Been going there for 5+ years and was talked to like I was mud under their feet. Horrible customer service and very rude people. You have lost my business due to your lack of respect and common decency.

The clerk was rude the minute we walked in. Was in the store for no more than 5 minutes and the clerk was having a melt down yelling aggressively at us. I have never been treated so poorly anywhere let alone a gas station. I will never go to another J&H store if this is acceptable behavior. You need to vet your employees better to see if they can handle serving the public.

Horrible service! I had to wait to check out because apparently someone had to have a smoke break! There was no one even at the cash register.There are so many boxes in the aisle that I couldn't even find what I wanted. Plus there was a hair in my fountain drink cup!
