I am a long time local painting company and I just wanted to share my stellar review for wards rental. Andy and his team are Awesome, friendly, punctual, and efficient! They always have the equipment my business needs and are extremely Knowledgeable on how to use whatever it is im renting! I give Wards rental a true 5 star rating and they will always be my first go to when in need of equipment rental!

This place rocks! This was my first visit. I had to rent a cultivator to add some new flower beds to our yard. The staff was very helpful and showed my how to operate this model cultivator and helped my load it into my SUV. They topped it off with gas for me as well and didn't require it to be filled on return. The price was very reasonable. I will be back for sure for future equipment rental needs.

Rented a dump trailer last week. Absolutely great experience from start to finish. It is hard to find knowledgeable good people anymore, but they absolutely fit the bill. I have closer choices but choose to support a business with exceptional service, so we don't lose them. If I don't feel like traveling over an hour to pick up the equipment they have great delivery rates.

I recently rented a Vermeer stump grinder from Ward's Rental. It's easy to get to, right on M36 in Hamburg. I liked being able to reserve equipment online, but could have called to do so as well. I was assisted by a very nice young man, Ben, who gave me a quick tutorial on the stump grinder and helped me load it on my trailer. He even loaned me straps for securing it on my trailer which I forgot to bring. He was very professional and courteous. The equipment was easy to handle and took care of the 20 stumps I had to grind at my church's cemetery! It performed without incident. Upon return I received the same courtesy. They don't even require you to fill up the equipment with gas on the return! I definitely will rent from Ward's again!

Bought a mini excavator from them. Was advertised as good condition and just serviced. Was not serviced and the control for the blade would not work properly. Was told it just had sprocket and other parts replaced. It wasn't done. And final drive went out in less than 40 hours after buying it
