“I can't say how my pet was taken care of because I couldn't go back to the examining room. I can say she is under the influence of the meds they gave her.she is having a little trouble getting around. She is eating and drinking but hasn't used litter box. She needs to climb up and in box. And she is confused because I had to take out her litter and put the small amount of charcoal they gave me in her box hoping to get a urine sample.”

“Over the years, I've been to many vets! This clinic is BY FAR the best there is! The entire staff goes above and beyond! One time, my kitten was having issues (non-emergency....actually turned out to be nothing) and I called 2 hours before they closed and they got me in! They stayed late to make sure my cat was ok and put my mind at ease! I have to drive 30 minutes to get there ....and honestly I have a handful of vets within 10 miles of my house.... but the drive is worth it because they truly care! They answer your questions and make you feel heard! Dr. Jennifer is the best! So is her staff! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
“Took our senior cat to see Dr. Griffith. Their service was prompt and all the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Our cat loved the attention and they handled him with care. Our cat's blood work lab results came back very quickly. Overall, we would highly recommend.”

“Good service got us in quick for an urgent issue with my big dog. When I got the estimate it came in around 220 then they took the dog back. Came out with shaving him and gave me 3 medicines for him and a bill of $340. Of which 70 was just to shave a spot maybe 6*6 on his underside.”

“Looking for a vet after moving from out of state, I found Dexter Animal Clinic. I was able to get in the next day for an exam and vaccines for my dog. My dog is highly anxious and stressed at the vet and the vet and vet tech were SO patient and kind. Typically, these visits are high stress for me and my dog due to her anxiety. They were able to handle her with care and do the exam and vaccines. Dr Nowicki also sat with me after the exam to go over any concerns I had and solutions for future vet visits to help her feel less stressed. It truly felt like him and the vet tech that helped really cared about me and my dog. I look forward to making this my primary vet and would encourage anyone, no matter your dogs stress level, to visit this vet.”

“I would give five stars if the Brighton Michigan location were not understaffed. It is frustrating that there are never any care appointments for a concern available. The only way to get a sick pet in to see the doctor is to drop them off, when wait for the veterinarian to call to discuss diagnosis and treatment, then have to make a 2nd trip to pick them up.”

“I had a wonderful experience here! I came in for an exam as my kitten broke half of her tooth off. Everyone (front desk receptionists, vet techs, doctor) was so nice and understanding and helped keep me calm! It was so welcoming and they did a great job explaining what was going on with her. I took her back to Town Center to get her tooth extracted very promptly after my first appointment, and I was very impressed they were able to get her in on such short notice. They did a great job with her and it wasn't too expensive either compared to other places I had looked at. Nothing bad to say!:) Strongly recommend!”

“I have had two appointments here so far and have been really pleased with the quality of care and the prices. I paid $25 for a visit fee and it was around $45 for a combination shot (distemper and lepto). They also distracted her with a lick mat and she didn’t even notice she was getting a shot. Never a long wait and they get me in and out very fast!”
