They must legally have to to dispense. Don't yell at the techs, they cannot override the Pharmacist. You may be grumpy and sick or in pain, but that doesn't make them a punching bag for your big feelings. Grow up, be nice, be kind. Use your manners. Your lapsed script is your fault, not theirs.”
