“I’m sad that I was Brayden’s last customer at this location. He assisted me in moving my family and our NINE devices over to T-Mobile after 20 years with Verizon. We got to keep all of our numbers, and were able to move over successfully. He had to contact Verizon for us and ended up needing to stay after the store closed to ensure we were able to take care of everything we needed. I hear he is moving to the Troy store… lucky for Troy! I have to go in and meet with Jacob(store manager) once it opens, so we can finalize the watch transfer (due to an error that had nothing to do with the store/location) and I plan to voice the praise directly as well!
Side note, though. There are practically no seats, and because the store isn’t as active with customers, your employees should at least have stools to sit on. I come from an extensive retail background (management), and being able to sit only makes your employees happier, which means the customers can be better attended to. It doesn’t make anyone lazy or not do their jobs. Please give your employees something to sit on. It’s 2024. Respect your employees!”

You know when you are in a hurry and you end up making your life harder? I needed to grab something in a hurry. The woman at customer service pointed me in the right direction. I hurried off without getting a cart , but of course my item was too heavy tor me to carry! Silas to the rescue! He was clearly busy, but he immediately helped me bring my heavy item to checkout. The cashier helped me to put my item in the cart. Huge thank you to all of you!!”

The first associate I asked clearly knew nothing about printers and was having to check every detail we asked about on our phone. After that, a fantastic associate (I believe the name was Reid?) approached to ask if we needed help and provided loads of information and recommendations on printers.”

They must legally have to to dispense. Don't yell at the techs, they cannot override the Pharmacist. “So I went into this verizon store this past sunday due to my Metro phone completely freezing up in the screen going black. I had been with metro pcs for over ten years now and I was completely done with having to buy a new phone from them every nine months or so. I decided to switch to verizon and I went in this location and had the absolute best experience that I have ever had at a cell phone store! I worked with a gentleman named Chris and I cannot say enough wonderful things about how amazing he was in helping me switch to verizon. I was having so many issues trying to deal with metro pcs giving me my account number and my pin number that I needed to be able to change my phone number, and all my contacts over to my new phone with verizon. Chris was kind enough to sit with me over 3 hours and helped me through every step of the way in switching service providers. I was beyond impressed as well with his intelligence in helping me to be able to switch everything over to my new phone! In addition to working with chris, I also had the pleasure of working with his manager Trey too. Trey was also so kind and patient in assisting me along the process too. They both really stepped up to the plate in trying to help me with the nightmare that I was going through with metro pcs on the phone that kept refusing to give me my account and pin number I needed to be able to keep my phone number. I cannot say enough good things about both Chris and Trey! If you are looking to switch over to verizon, which I would absolutely recommend now. These are the two gentlemen that you should ask for when you go in that store. I will never go anywhere else now but this store from here on out. Thank you both for your really stepping up to help me! Chris really helped to turn a bad situation with my old phone into a great situation with my new phone(which I love)! I very much appreciate how wonderful the experience was. Thank you again guys!!!”
