My Alaskan klee Kai never does well at the vet. He screams, lunges, barks; you name it. This staff was extremely sweet to my little man; so much that he let them do anything they needed AND gave them kisses. They're super knowledgeable and show genuine concern when they ask you if you have anything they need to assess. They even give you a fabulous new pet bag with toothpaste, leash, potty bags and holder, and more! I'm taking all of our dogs here

Let me say first that I've had many positive experiences at VCA with my pets. Additionally, I'm willing to spend whatever it takes to ensure my pets receive proper veterinary care, as evidenced by the more than $5000 I recently spent for diagnostics and surgery for my 12-year-old hound. However, my papillon is on Hills Science Diet prescription I/D food and will be for the rest of her life. I order the food from Chewy.com and they obtain approval from VCA. However, this time VCA refused to approve and demanded that I bring her in for an exam. So I took her in and was charged $54 for a 5-minute exam that she didn't need. Feeling blackmailed.

I had a wonderful experience at VCA Howell. Staff and veterinarian were very nice! My 4 sweet kitties felt as comfortable as they could be at a vet! They got the cutest welcome bag with a scratcher, kitty scoop, bags, and toys! Would highly recommend and will be back!

Great customer service at the Hamburg location! Our fur baby had some sudden onset of symptoms and they didn’t even hesitate to get us in immediately and were so reassuring and friendly along the whole process. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations and we will be lifelong customers!

STAY AWAY! My dog had a simple operation on his leg and he came home limping and not able to put any pressure on it, and all Dr.Warren had to say is he is sorry and it has nothing to do with the operation. This place is a money pit and the “doctors” are incompetent. STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET!!!

ZERO stars. I was reffered here because my normal vet was booked and my dogs face was swollen. The Dr didn’t know exactly what was going on and couldn’t get a correct examination because my dogs mouth was in such pain so he prescribed my dog 2 antibiotics, steroids and Benadryl IN CASE he has an infection or allergy. ($235 for not knowing what’s wrong) Well 2 days later it was worse and he was not happy at all so I got in with my normal vet only to find that it was cancer tha

Doctors didn't record everything from my dogs appointment causing me to have to go back. Staff extremely rude. This vet has caused me so much stress and unnecessary pain. I recommend taking your pets anywhere else!
