Excellent facility, service, and people. Doing business with Brenda at Prime Storage was always a pleasure. It is so nice nowadays to encounter someone with a cheerful and "can do" attitude who places a high priority on customer service and operates with integrity. We no longer needed the storage unit but had used it for about a week into the final month. Brenda informed me that if they were able to find a new renter right away, she would refund me the money. Sure enough, she did and promptly refunded me the money as well as the deposit.Furthermore, I received the same excellent service with renting a UHaul vehicle from them on two occasions. You can be sure that if I ever need a storage unit again or a UHaul rental, I will use Prime Storage's services.Thank you.

I would absolutely recommend Prime Relocation for anything. They were fantastic and helped me out with moving in a pinch. They knew I was in a bind and needed a quick turn around for a job, and they moved their schedule around to accommodate my needs. They were friendly, professional, and just provided exceptional service. This company knows how to treat it's customers and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Brian, Ryan and Ed were our movers from Prime Relocation and they were efficient, careful and kind. We could never have moved that much stuff in that short a period of time! We appreciated how quickly they worked and were impressed with how few breaks they took. Brenda in the office was great too!

Brian, Ryan, Ed and Josh did a phenomenal job for us. Moving a 1000 lb item across grass, up hill and around corners in a basement is not easy - but they sure got the job done! They were very respectful, kind and really comical. We appreciated their sense of humor ans ability to stay calm and collected where as most people would lose their cool moving an item in such a scenario. Highly recommend this company and these guys! Brenda in the office was kind and professional in helping us get everything scheduled. I would definitely use this company again.

We could not have asked for a more professional, yet personal relocation experience. Deon and his team quickly and expertly transported our household goods from Colorado to Arizona with no damage or delay. Should we ever need to move again, I would not hesitate to request Deon. He made a stressful process so much easier.
