Used this automatic car wash today and we were about half way through the cycle when the arm broke and smashed into the side of my suburban and left a dent in the front fender, called the number on the building and the maintenance guy or whoever told us we have to wait until tomorrow when the office is open to figure anything out about it! Will update review tomorrow after we speak with the office.
UPDATE: Got ahold of the office, they reviewed the footage and agreed it was equipment failure and are paying for damages and a couple free car washes. I understand accidents happen and will continue to use this car wash because of its convenient location and quality of work!

Well I put my ten bucks in and it just kept telling me to drive forward!!! Right out the door and no washing was done ? I waited 35 minutes and want my ten bucks back!!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, and I don't usually give negative reviews.Stay away from this place and go to Marquette or do it at home.The self service equipment is garbage, the knob spins on the selector and you waist half your time trying to get to the selection you want.The vaccines are hit and miss at best, and you only know if they are working after you drop money into them.It's pretty clear that the owners of this place have absolutely no interest in keeping their equipment in good working condition.I've given this place a few tries and honestly I'm done using them.

Tend to stop here on the way back from Marquette to get the bugs off. Have always used the auto wash and have never had issues. Car comes as clean as I would expect after a 7 hours highway drive.

Self service was good, able to rinse off the truck. No ventilation in the bay, so one you spray for a bit it gets foggy.

Came here and put money in each of the vacuums. Neither had any suction. Wasted $5. Won't be coming back. Also have gotten the car wash a few times and no matter what you purchase it does not clean the car.Service: Vacuuming

Very nice car wash. 7' 3" clearance for touchless automatic wash. And very large two vehicle hand wash. Big enough for semi cabs
