“Used this automatic car wash today and we were about half way through the cycle when the arm broke and smashed into the side of my suburban and left a dent in the front fender, called the number on the building and the maintenance guy or whoever told us we have to wait until tomorrow when the office is open to figure anything out about it! Will update review tomorrow after we speak with the office.
UPDATE: Got ahold of the office, they reviewed the footage and agreed it was equipment failure and are paying for damages and a couple free car washes. I understand accidents happen and will continue to use this car wash because of its convenient location and quality of work!”
