“I am kicking myself for not getting the guy’s name but he went above and beyond to help me out today! If he sees this review, I was the gal trying to fix her wipers in the parking lot ?? I had replaced my wiper linkage after watching a YouTube video and something just still wasn’t working right. I drove down to Auto Value after getting extremely frustrated and asked if I could get an opinion/have him peek at it. The guy spent a lot of time trying to help me figure it out and patiently stood by or checked on me while I took the linkage apart and put it back together several times right outside the store. Also tried the wipers set at different positions. At one point trying a new motor. Still nothing. I eventually got it figured out when I got home but I couldn’t believe the time this person took to try and help me. Thanks dude!”
