I reserved a car over the phone, then went to the airport to pick it up 45 minutes later and they said they didn't have any cars available. He said, "That's why you should have called our local office," as if it was somehow my fault. I DID call their local number, but their system sent me to a call center somewhere, where they told me a car was available and sent me a reservation confirmation email.

Great service. They filled out the paperwork the day before and left the car for me at the general aviation terminal, then let me drop it off there as well. Couldn't have been easier. Thanks.

Terrible management. Reserved a car online and we arrived to pick it up we were told they over booked. The manager would not speak to us about this issue.

Terrible service. Got stranded with a broken down truck and made a reservation with them. Found a ride to the rental car service, and then they told us there were no vehicles for us to use. Even if you have a reservation, no guarantee you will get a vehicle. Never again will I attempt any business with them.

No issues with the vehicle, delivery or return. Clean and very well equipped, used android auto to link with the system in the vehicle for maps. Was flawless. I don't care for foreign cars over American, just because things are so different - but was easy to figure things out within a few minutes... Please keep up the great service.
