I had a very positive experience at the Verizon store with Morgan. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped answer all my questions clearly. It made the visit quick and straightforward.

My neighbors beware of our local Verizon store. Very nice and helpful but then comes the bill. $170 per phone plus $50 to them to get it set up plus Verizon charges of $35 to upgrade I did 3 lines. Played word games with their fee. Verizon calls it an agent assistant fee. They never used that description.

The first guy disappeared after referring me to the second guy, and the second guy started helping a pair who walked in 10 minutes behind me after finishing up with the person I was waiting on. I waited another 5 or more minutes and left. I'll find another store.

I was having some problems with my phone, and was able to go this store and Morgan was able to help me fix all the problems! Great customer service and great knowledge made for a great experience.
