BEWARE HOOD, RUDE, LONG WAITS! They took all Taco Bell’s out of Detroit and thought this one might do better because it’s in Grosse Pointe but might as well be on 6 mile and Fenkell… it will be shut down too after all the money the owner spent to build it…. Sorry ?

The worst service ever.. went here last night they lazy chicks both red hair no hair net messed my whole order up dumped lettuce in the bottom of my kids food it’s unacceptable not to mention are good was cold when I called to speak with some one the same loud mouth lazy red heads are screaming and laughing in the phone and hung up on me when I called back they didn’t answer I work in a food service and that would never be okay never going back

If I could give 0 stars I would!I came through the drive thru. At approximately 10:24 a.m on 02/26/24. Asking if the coffee machine was finally working. It was reported to me that it is not working. I placed my order for a steak wrap breakfast box with a bottle of orange juice. Only to proceed to the window and pay. I then asked the cashier named Endasia if I could please speak to the Manager. The Manager comes to the window. I inquired about when the coffee machine is going to be fixed. His rude response in a rude tone. After me stating it's been broken for a month. Was it's been broken since we arrived at this location. My response was no, I've gotten coffee from here before. He then stated the General Manager needs to do something to the machine so it can be fixed. I then asked for the General Manager's number. The Manager on duty who also failed to give me his name. Told me he isn't allowed to give out the General Manager's number. Which is totally unacceptable! I then asked for the number to corporate. He also refused to give me the number to corporate. He needs to be fired or written up. This is not how you treat customers.Endasia shouldn't have given me the number because I didn't ask her for it. Endasia needs to be promoted to Shift Manager. Furthermore the coffee machine needs to be fixed immediately.

Slower than molasses, it's not fast food anymore. They must be slaughtering and cooking whole chickens with the long wait I had, but hardly no customers there ?

Excellent experience on Friday, February 16th. Everyone who worked at around noon was on point! I had a big mobile order and they were quick. They even threw in a few extra tacos. Food was hot and so good. Very satisfied :)

This Taco Bell is great for drive thru. The dining area inside is small. I got the impression they would have rather I used the drive thru instead of coming in.

Went inside and ordered right as they were opening up, staff is very efficient and kind!Got our food in about 10ish minutes, we weren't in any rush, and it's really good compared to my home taco bell! Everything was made correctly and was very fresh, if you're willing to wait an extra minute or two for good fast food I highly recommend here!Parking: About 5-6 regular spots, 2 handicap, and 2 for mobile pickup, very limited spots
