Very rude customer service. Ignored while standing at the counter for over 10 minutes. Sent home with less pain medication because of insurance issue and not even informed of the change

Never go here the doctor can call your prescription in and you can go 4 hours later and you still have to wait another hour.

Outdated, uncommunicative staff. Spoke to pharmacist 4 minutes before walking in to ensure I was coming to the right place and what I needed to bring, pharmacist says she sees my Rx and just to bring ID and insurance card. When I get in, the clerk half asks for my name and shuffles through some Rx in the drawer and says "I'm not seeing anything, YOU can call YOUR doctor and..." I told the clerk that I had just spoken to the pharmacist, motioning to the lady looking me dead in the face. She says "oh for -----" you'll have to run her insurance card. I waited 15-20 minutes for them to do so. Turns out THEY told me to bring the wrong materials to properly bill my Rx. Will NOT be returning.
