I was treated exceptionally nastily when I encountered an employee outside of the salon outside of business hours. Shows me the treatment I would get if I went there as a client. Even if I was rude ( which I wasn't) or in the wrong (which I was) , you represent the business wherever you go. Treating someone like a second class citizen will never help the business in the long run. Word of mouth travels. You don't know who I am, therefore I may have friends who will now no longer go there due to this encounter, and if I was a client previously I will no longer return. It always pays to act kind and be kind.

I don't typically leave online reviews, but I can't overstate the quality of the experience I had at this salon. Madison listened, asked questions, and sent me home with a perfect haircut. The staff were warm and thoughtful. Highly, highly recommend.

Holly at Skye Salon did a complete color correction on my hair, along with a perfect cut and style. My highlights and lowlights are absolutely perfect, and the transition from roots to the length is seamless! The salon is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and they will make you gorgeous. Book your appointment! Your hair will thank you!

My teen was looking for a new salon for herself because what teenager wants to stay with their mothers' stylists! I called to book an appt for her. Olivia answered & I explained that all she wanted just a hair trim for her first appt. Olivia explained that as a first time client, we would need to give them a credit card to hold, as there's a 48-hr cancelation policy, that would charge 50% if we canceled or no showed. I had no issue to give them that, however when Olivia said that half would be $30. I asked her why $30 because online Skye's website said a hair trim is $46, & a cut & style would be $60... my daughter just wanted a trim at first. Olivia said that they have would to blow dry her hair, & that's considered styling her hair, therfore it's going to be $60 & not $46.
Seriously, I'd pay the money if that's what service my kid wanted, but since when does blow drying hair alone cost $14?
Why have prices listed but not honor them?
Why are you nickel & diming our future first time bill?
I would've rather tipped the stylist that $14 instead of an overcharge.

Always an excellent experience! Stylist listens to my needs/wants and offers educated recommendations to keep style and color on trend yet manageable! Staff are all very pleasant!
