Notre Dame is the PERFECT pharmacy. We completely trust the pharmacists, we know they are careful, deliberate and thoughtful and the entire staff are kind and courteous. And you can't help but love walking in the door and they actually know who you are! KUDOS to you ALL!

Love this place i met John 5 here at this store" Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie and Motley Crue guitarist, I listen to country but i play guitar! Anyone who's anyone in Music knows Johnny 5! Hell, he even played with Dolly Parton, funny i seen this store i used to go here all the time and was like oh yes Gross Pointe family here, , I lived in Manistee other side of the state!

CVS was out of my meds, this local gem was just a block up the road and they had exactly what I needed. I was able to get the meds filled on the spot.

If you can, go to Merit Woods if you're looking for a small, local pharmacy. The Notre Dame pharmacy staff is plain rude, and also judgmental about medications. (God forbid you be prescribed a controlled substance) I've been hung up on while I was still speaking to a pharmacy member. Unless they know you personally, they will treat you like crap. Take your business to Merit Woods or literally anywhere else local.

Incredibly rude customer service. I was made to feel as insignificant as a grain of sand. I’ve worked in customer service for 30 years and this is the worst I’ve seen. Not sure how they stay afloat treating people like they do.

Best pharmacy in southeast Michigan, maybe even the entire state. I tend to call ahead just to make sure things are ready and it’s become unnecessary because they’re ALWAY on top of their game. In the odd event it’s not ready it takes them 2 seconds. Prices are great, friendly staff, elite service. Thank you for serving the community.

My wife and I faithfully had our prescriptions here filled for over 5 years, but they seem to be struggling from burnout and fatigue to the point where they can no longer give polite, considerate, service. When my wife's prescription was not easily found, the attending pharmacist rudely shouted at me to tell him the prescription from a distance. When we had issues with our insurance, he offered no alternatives or possible solutions (Even when I alluded to knowing what was wrong), but rather snapped of me and gossiped about me to the other employees.I don't know if this was a singular event, or a longer downturn, but I am overwhelmingly disappointed in how far this business has slid.

Amazing pharmacy! I switched from CVS (the devil) Notre Dame gets me stuff ready and super fast. The staff is super friendly also. They have a great wine selection in the store. I have never stood in a line longer that one person, so you are in and out. I will never ever go back to the big boxes!

COVID price gougers. Charged my mom $20 each for Flow Flex tests that only cost $10 at Walgreens. Shame.

Cannot say enough good things. Everyone is sweet. You don't have to wait long. They even helped me with a script my vet wanted for my dog. Please buy local and help them out!!!!
