$146.00 Oil Change?!? My Wife was overcharged $42.00 and Owner only offered a partial credit towards a future oil change. Was initially told cost would be $104. Never explained numerous "up charges" in advance. Bad way to do business. Too many other places on Mack ave.

First proper oil change for my Ford C-Max (already knew the car is horrible to deal with internally) but Mack's worked on it anyways.Great results - perfect communication on what was wrong - and fantastic customer service. Will be back.

Great oil shop in Grosse Pointe at Mack and Fisher. No upsell; just got the work done and recommended filter changes the next time I get an oil change. I had a burnt out headlight replaced as well...very reasonable for how tough it is to access the bulbs in my vehicle. The oil change isn't cheap but it's comparable to other places and the work is done right, they're trustworthy and convenient. Recommended!

Amazing. Take my parents low mileage vehicle in for an oil change (sensor was suggesting) and they explained the sensor was set for date and not mileage...they took a look at the oil and said come back in 1000 miles, the oil is fine. Name me another oil change place that wouldn't have simply changed the oil and made a buck.

My wife's SUV had a nail on the front tire and I called them to have it fixed, only took 15 minutes plus $20 to do the job..awesome place.

What a hometown feel kind-of-place to go for an oil change. My Ry drives a truck crucial to work and Joe the owner was clear in instructions of care post service. The local feel was so nice after such a tense day in COVID world. We will most assuredly be back again for routine maintenance.
