Constant issues getting medications filled. I’ve been patient due to supply issues. That said they now have a voicemail system so you can no longer just speak with a pharmacist. They will get back to you when they feel your call is worth getting back to you. I’m sorry I’m not waiting around an hour or so to get called back. I don’t want to be in a random place when they decide my voicemail is worthy of being returned to discuss my private medication questions. I call when I have time and privacy.

CVS pharmacy is a dumpster fire and this is hands down one of the worst CVS pharmacy’s in the area. Just sad when there isn’t a noticeable difference between a CVS pharmacy and a Mcdonald’s drive through. Unfortunately, this review is pointless and will not lead to a single change.
Feel bad for two ladies who work there who are always super nice but probably have to deal with upset customers all day, every day.

The worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been too. They never have medication in stock so you have to run all over the city to find needed medicine. The staff is the most rude and they constantly close early for lunch. Save your money, if you want a good CVS go to St Clair Shores off Elizebeth.

Store employees at this store are friendly, the store Manager, Scott, personally responded to one of my concerns, & I am very appreciative of that. But I think the Pharmacy at this store needs to improve on some things. One of the medications that I take is not kept in stock there, & there's always a wait time for getting that script filled.

The communication and service at this CVS location is dispicable and unprofessional with no respect for the customer or your time. CVS needs a competitor in Grosse Pointe.

Pharmacy is badly managed as prescriptions are not timely filled and customers are not contacted when scripts are ready. Be prepared to waste a lot of time standing in line, then stand in another line when they don't have your prescription ready when due. No pharmacist in site, all amateurs.

The wait at this pharmacy is beyond ridiculous. I’ve never had to wait like this, especially considering they have a full staff. I thought it was a one time fluke as I’m new to the area but no, it’s just like this and it’s a nightmare!

The most annoying pharmacy I have ever used. If a prescription is not in stock, staff make no attempt to order it until you call. If insurance will only cover a fewer number of pills than the prescription indicates, staff leaves the script on hold for eternity—until you call. Minimum wait time on the phone is seven minutes. Pharmacist hangs up before you can ask follow-up questions like, when will this script be ready? Staff is overwhelmed and consistently rude.CVS corporate: This is a broken business model. If my employer’s pharmacy benefits package didn’t force me to go through you, I would never go to CVS again. What a rotten company.

Just sharing my experience... I walk in 10am Sunday morning! I've never been to this location as I prefer Walton Blvd but no longer am in the area so I tried this one Upon walking in the CSR Liz was walking in my direction, I spoke- said GOOD MORNING and she smiled 1.5 seconds later there is a white mans path I crossed. She was very verbal when saying good morning to him. I was floored. Idk if this is normal here or not but it's definitely not okay. For newbies like me, there is both a front and rear entrance. I haven't learned about the parking fully. I'm not sure what days and hours have to be paid but there is paid parking (ikr). This is a decent area though, u can get a few things completed around here. Just try to be mindful of parking

Much respect to the place for consistently terrible reviews and not caring at all about it. For real the pharmacy is terrible though. Inhumanly rude people and horrific service. You can't call in prescriptions here either. You get messages saying it's being filled but when you go to pick it up they never got the request or started filling it until you show up in person and request it.

One star only because no stars isn't an option. We have yet to have a positive experience, and I don't understand why. I wouldn't mind throwing wait if the people were kind (civil at least), but to have rude people mess up every single time we go is another level of ridiculousness.

Good for general shopping and using self checkout. Pharmacy and staff have been unreliable and inconsistent. Never a short trip, in line or on hold for at least 15 min! Not quilting care or service!
