I have had the pleasure of being a client of the incredibly talented Kelly Beste at Chez Lou Lou for several years now and this review is well deserved + long overdue. Owner Brigitte Rist has done a fabulous job of creating a chic and modern salon that exudes with professionalism and sophistication with every visit. She has built a team that truly has a passion for their craft and their high level of expertise is evident in every client that walks through their doors.
Kelly Beste is an outstanding stylist that listens to understand my requests and preferences while sharing her valuable insights for best results with my individual hair type. Her impeccable taste in color has gained me dozens of compliments and often an inquiry to where I go. Her personalized approach leaves me thrilled with my results every time.
If you are looking for a new salon/stylist I strongly recommend the team at Chez Lou Lou. They are a great team for events too! Kelly Beste and Matthew Common did a phenomenal job for my wedding, providing onsite services and kept the timeline in check!

I cannot say enough about how amazing the salon is - my whole family goes to the salon, including our kids. There have been times where I have gone to different stylists (aside from my main stylist) - everyone is so amazing and at the top of the top.
I’m so excited for their new Manon makeup line too. I have tried a few things and they are “AT THE LEVEL”. The Manon shampoo and conditioner is all I’ve used since they started selling it (last year) too!
Do yourself a favor and go and check everything out ♥️. (I don’t know how to change my services received but I have gotten eyebrow tinting and waxing, microblading, hair color, highlights, haircut, facial, etc)

I have recently purchased the Manon facial products created and sold by the owner of Chez Lou Lou, Brigitte Rist. I have sensitive skin but was willing to give the products a try and I am in love! I use the Hydra Boost moisture masque and the Manon All day moisturizer and my skin is glowing. I will definitely invest in the products at Chez Lou Lou indefinitely.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this hair salon, and I can't say enough about their exceptional hospitality, attentiveness, and efficiency. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was warmly greeted, and the staff made me feel right at home.
What truly sets this salon apart is their team of professionals. Brigitte, in particular, is more than just a capable stylist; she's an artist and truly a master of her craft. Her expertise and attention to detail are evident in the stunning results she achieved for me. Not only did she exceed my expectations, but her friendly demeanor also made the experience delightful.
I can confidently say that this salon offers a top-tier experience with a team of skilled and friendly staff, with Brigitte shining as an absolute gem in the world of hairstyling!

I LOVE my highlights sooo much!!! Getting so many compliments and the sunkissed blond Brigette artistically created makes me so happy every time I see my hair from across the room! It is above and beyond expectations! Thank you Chez Lou Lou! Kelly Beste also gave my daughter the most beautiful vivid turquoise blue and then when she was ready transitioned her back to her better than usual sunkissed bright blond! We love all the team everyone is so friendly and kind! Chez Lou Lou always exceeds our wildest dreams!

I pass dozens, if not hundreds of salons on my way to this one. I have done so for years. Why? Because service and care and expertise are a rare trifecta in my pursuit of hair care. My hair is blah and greying when I go in and luminous when I leave. Moreover, like the old sitcom Cheers, “everyone knows my name”. They are artists in the hair business not business people who chose hair to make a buck. Run, don’t walk, is my heartiest recommendation! Brava!

I LOVE Chez Lou Lou, They have a team of so many talented artist's. I recently had my eyebrows MICRO BLADED by Lindsay and I am so Overly Impressed, I haven’t had full eyebrows since the 90’s and I now have them again!! If you’re at all interested you need to see her ASAP!!Kelly does my hair and since I’ve been seeing her my hair is in better condition, She takes the time to really give you the best possible results and sends you home with the right products to keep your hair gorgeous!!Services: Haircut

I have been getting my hair done by the same person nearly my whole life but one visit to this salon to my now new hairstylist Paige and I am sold for life. I started following her on Instagram and loved all of her clients hair, I just had to try her out! My hair turned out so incredibly beautiful. The BEST cut and color in Grosse Pointe! I have been a client for 10+ years, and couldn't be happier with Chez Lou Lou. Brigitte does AMAZING color, and the whole team is so friendly and knowledgable. My whole family gets their hair cut here. Great service, reasonable price.
