This particular office moved from Mack/Morissette (Practically in the hospital parking lot) new location in GP Woods, is a real pain, street parking only you have to put $$ in the parking meter, and if you have trouble walking like I do, there is no handicapped parking whatsoever and you have to step up on the curb as they are in a corner building. What happens if all the spots are taken as there are other businesses along side, I have no idea.

If this is the one on 21304 Mac Grosse Pointe these people are very messy I was there for an hour waiting on someone to help me to dissolve the problem with AAA there was three other people came behind me and they took them before they waited on me and I decided to leave and ask them for a number where I could call it and put in a complaint they gave me some number that has nothing to do with anything I call Better Business Bureau and got a Complaint Form to put in a complaint to this company AAA is not what you think it is it's not good at all that's right

Very uphappy wiyh service there i made a payment the lady at the front very nice .However although my bank showed a overpay they did nothing ,told me to go back to my on line agent .How ever my card was connected to bank told me i was being over charged .j wrnt on paid at this office ,Called today was told to go back from a lady on the phone very rude to me .i will finish my 6month policy at march 27 i will not be trwated this way .Be weary of on linepayments ,I asked to see paper work or given aoption to send paperwork .Refused on

Moments ago I had gotten myself locked out of my car for the first time ever and I completely panicked, I called AAA and they sent someone out to help me and oh my gosh it was the nicest person I think I have ever met. Thank you

I took my elderly friend in to ask questions about her insurance and pay a bill. The rudest person I have ever meant called us over. There are no chairs in front of her desk. As we walked over I asked if it was ok to pull a chair over. She could obviously see an elder waking slowly towards her and her response was. "That depends on why you're here!" It went downhill from there. She continued to be rude and chastise us with her rude comments. My friend who has AAA for her home, and cars is now going to cancel with them and use my agent at Allstate! The woman refused to give her name, obviously she knew her arrogance and lack of people skills just lost a life long customer.
