I really loved this place, before it was sold to Hollywoof. Afterwards, prices skyrocketed & it's very hard to get an appointment. I gave it a try even after the prices more than doubled. My dog loves going & he loves his new groomer & I trusted his care to them, so I continued to go even though I couldn't really afford it. THE MAJOR PROBLEM IS, I've been trying to schedule an appointment for more than a month now. I went through every avenue of scheduling, text, calling and email, after I received a text reminder from them that it was time. Still no call back and no appointment. I'VE DECIDED TO FIND A NEW GROOMER, IN MY AREA, ANY SUGGESTIONS!?

I was looking for a groomer in the area after my pupp's groomer needed to cancel for health reasons. I checked Holly Woof and wow! My pup had a few mats because of the delay and they were wonderful!

I never leave a bad review unless my negative interaction is directly with the business owner. If I could leave a 0 star review I would and here's why. We have been established clients with this establishment and on our 5th visit, we were charged a late fee, which we had no problem with. On our 6th visit, the business owner actually "blocked us" from ever coming back for being 30 minutes late to the appointment due to an unforeseen work related emergency. They also are unreachable by phone.This business should be put out of business for the way they treated us and our dogs. Get off your high horse before you have your doors closed indefinitely. I am absolutely disgusted by your lack of professionalism and your lack of understanding, even after charging us a late fee. Negative 5 star review. Trust that every one in the neighborhood will hear about our negative experience with your business.

My pup first visit today and results were fantastic! The cut was superb. I will definitely return. Staff was welcoming and super friendly!!

$140 ! Grooming was awful. Excuses as to why they couldn’t get his neck, ears, or hunches. I was told he was difficult and charged for that. Glans weren’t expressed, “have your vet do them”. Paid for deshedding, yet I brushed out 3 brush fulls of his coat out after hisvisit. Needless to say I won’t be returning! Worst ever experience, with no groomers ever telling me the same things I was told. Thumbs down all the way around. Miniature Aussie.

I like Hollywoof. They do a really good job and and my dog doesn't seem as terrified to be in there like he did at grosse pointe pet salon.

l have been bringing seven here since January of 2022. Never had a problem until 3 weeks ago when we returned from the groomer and my puppy was acting traumatized!!! They over shaved his testicles and I had to take him to the vet for medication! They tried to tell me it was from him licking himself!!! and his nails looked like they were not clipped!!! and when voiced my concern to the owner about returning I was told that she could not make me return as a customer! I would never tell a customer that!!!

This place has been a godsend! Brittany (sp) was the groomer for both of our pups and we could not be more pleased! Both pups came out with tails wagging and looking like supermodels!

They over shaved my retriever's nose which left scabs the next day and my dog limped for Over 3daysI ve called and left the owner a message only when it was time to regroom my dog did someone call and we mention what happened andni explanation as to whyThe lowest is 1star I can goI PAID 150.00 FOR THEM TO HURT MY DOGSAD THING IS IM EVERY MONTH CUSTOMER
