Bob is extremely knowledgeable, cuts to the chase, and is great at explaining things in layman's terms, using great, sometimes colorful examples. Always has a helpful answer when I call on him for guidance. He was extremely helpful when my parents used his services for estate planning.

Very unprofessional, very inconsistent, non communicated, I feel he has lacks compassion for my condition, he doesn't reach out to me, he's adjourned my appeal with Social Security, because he's going up north for vacation, he says he's unable to access my file, he lacks professionalism, I've never had an individual in an professional industry c*** their legs up on the table while we're handling important matters, he displayed inappropriate body gesture that didn't sit well with me, just Very unprofessional.

Mr Fortunate is not professional and does not return phone calls. He took all my info and refuses to return my call or medical records. I've been talking to his assistant Scott who has been giving me the run around for a month. After asking the same question for weeks I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

Very unresponsive and unprofessional. After the initial consult for SSD I was asked for medical records and assured that he would complete my filing. According to the ssa website nothing was filed. I've been calling for weeks to speak with Mr Fortunate. No response. I asked can I pick up my medical records. No response. It's been a month and no response. I've left 5 messages with one assistant 3 with another and not a single call was returned.
