I’m forever grateful to them my heart was so heavy on yesterday. I had to let go of my four fur babies, storm, coco, prince harry and swiper. I know they go to an awesome home and whomever adopts them please be sure they go in pairs. I love you mommy little babies

Nice store but missing some common items. Doesn’t carry belly bands or diapers — a common item needed for older dogs.

Great place!! Friendly staff very knowledgeable. And they have a tortoise bunny and bird out for you to interact with!!! Bought a snake today which was a happy healthly little one. They take good care of the animals.

I have gotten giant Flemish bunnies, Netherlands dwarfs, lops etc from here for me and friends over the years. I have been coming here for 12 plus years. Best pet shop around! I drove 40 minutes just to come see the shop. Love it here.

Best pet store around. I'm treated like family. My animal family is treated like family. Almost 4 years and a Woma baby practically makes us family. Sometimes I even get a "FAMILY DISCOUNT," but you can't tell anyone. Best prices for the things my pet family and I need. Great place to window shop with human and animal babies, and the pretty informative, happy to assist staff will answer most pet questions on the spot. You should go!

There is a little bit of everything for any animal lover.. my favorite was Gorgio, the roaming bird who was in search of his wife Pepper.. he was beautiful. He wandered the store on shelves. If he made it to the front of the store, you were to let staff know. He tended to like getting into trouble by tearing up packages and causing trouble... come down, check him and all his friends out. It is for sure a great place to go. For any animal lover, big or small..

I have had small mammals for over 20 years—both rescued and purchased—and I have never had one that I didn't have to tame to train to at least some degree. About a week ago, I purchased a Cambell's Dwarf from Lou's (my first purchase from them) and right away she was climbing into my hand, churring when pet, and being calm enough to bathe while on my lap.TLDR: these people are clearly doing something right. I've never had a hamster be so trusting and friendly right off the bat. It shows how caring and attentive her keepers were in raising her. You've earned yourself lifetime recommendations from me!
