I just had the most ridiculous experience at this location. Apparently my doctor failed to put an order into the system. The front desk lady proceeded to berate me for 5 minutes about the importance of an order, over and over and over again. At one point, she went into her desk to show me what an order looks like. How exactly is this helpful? The doctor fills this out, not me. Her behavior was just incredibly obnoxious. There are so many different mammogram providers. I recommend going elsewhere.

I have been using Liggett Breast Center for years, I've never had a bad experience. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I agree this is a stressful and uncomfortable screening exam however, it is still a doctors office so I don't expect it to be the Ritz Carlton experience. If you show up on time, you will be in and out in 20 minutes. I highly recommend giving them a try at least once.

I will always be eternally grateful for this center. They saved my life!! The tumor wasn't large enough for me to feel it when I did my self exam but they caught it and set me up with a team of doctors and other professionals that truly fought for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I’ve been having mammograms here for over 10 years. It has always been a good experience. However, I had one yesterday by a tech I’ve not met in the past. She was very abrupt and obviously in a hurry. She had me change into a gown in front of her, which felt weird, and she was very rough during the procedure. Based on this, I probably won’t return. Mammograms are uncomfortable enough already!

Everyone here was so kind - and having a mammogram is stressful enough, so I can’t express how much I appreciated that! I highly recommend them.

I’m sad to see this place has only 3.2 stars & shocked!!! I feel like I owe the doctors here my life. Dr. Rizk & her assistant Lisa were my first experience at this office - I went for a biopsy when I very clearly (to them, not to me at the time) had stage 3 TNBC! Honest to God, it’s not a visit I’ll ever forget & not for the reasons you may think. Maybe it’s bc of their speciality, but I’ve never felt more cared for by doctors/staff as I did by Dr. Rizk & Lisa. You’d have thought I was their daughter! I walked out of that appt. pretty much knowing it was cancer but didn't get confirmation until a few days later. The board met over my dx & then my husband & I were invited back to meet SO MANY of them. All wonderful! Dr. Mouabbi, Dr. Dul & Dr. Brown to name a few. This place deserves 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

All my women friends over 40 - it's something none of us really want to do, but we do it nevertheless for our health. I've had appointments for mammography for the last few years now and have always gone to Liggett. They have all up-to-date technology that my Dr. advised me to opt for, and I am always treated very well. I was over TWO HOURS late for my most recent appointment (not my fault! There was an investigation on 94 in between the exit I had to get off at and the previous exit, so I was trapped on the expressway!) and I called to let them know what was going on. I was assured that I would be able to still have my appointment at the time I arrived, whenever that may be. Once there, my paperwork was taken care of expediently and I was taken back. During Covid, there is no gown to change in to, you may keep your own top on and the technician will work around it. My tech was quick and efficient and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Results came in less than a week, and from previous experience I know that you receive a reminder in the mail for when your mammogram is due. I've also never had issues with billing, payment, or scheduling, and that's pretty ideal.

The tech, Miranda, and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional. While the rooms were clean, they were very cool. The blinds on the window were moving quite a bit due to air movement. Mammograms and breast ultrasounds are uncomfortable enough. When the air and equipment that the breast is coming into contact with are cool or cold, it makes it that much worse. it made me feel like the comfort of patients doesn't matter. I expected more out of this center.

A truly phenomenal department with the best equipment and Rad Techs available. I have had my mammographies there since 2010 and have been treated with the utmost kindness each time. It's so important to have mammographies read by Radiologists specializing in them to ensure nothing is missed. I have literally trusted my life to Liggett!

This place is a dump! The carpet is worn out and the lockers that they provide are falling apart and some of the lockers do not have keys to them. So ladies, do not put your purse in those lockers, keep your purse with you. Tell your Tech to get the images right if you don't, they will have you keep coming back because they do not know what they are doing. All they want is to collect the insurance money!
