“We had an excellent experience and wanted to commend Mo'NASIA for an amazing hour representing P*N*C and OPENING an Account. After being disgusted and asking myself WHY I STAY at Huntington ( easy: the 1 Day Grace ) and 1. no call back -though they stated they saw call to Branch 2. BadAttitude and you're NO Lady Gaga 3. RUUUUUDE 4. 5 attempts in last 6mos to simply go IN with Daughter, Open Account for $ she has earned and is SaVING and 5. apparently someone of some stature came out to listen to the exchange (Where I calmly but assertively asked THEN WHEN ? WHEN can we do Business) I left. But that's another review. M'Nasia is incredible. Well-versed on products (accounts) , professional, spoke directly to my daughter as well and just EXCELLENT. THANK YOU!!!”

“Only giving 5 stars so people can read it. I WOULD NOT GO HERE IF YOU'RE FROM THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY. Went up their with my girlfriend, who is transgender, to cash her check. Was told EBT was not a valid form of identification after she realized my significant was a ts. Little did the ignorant teller know we were told by another PNC that it was. I couldn't believe that an African-American woman could be so hateful and persecute someone for being different. Needless to say we've put in a complaint with both the BBB and PNC higher ups. Such bigotry shouldn't be allowed in a professional business.”
“I was changing my debit card at this PNC bank and Pearl is a very nice person. His was helping about cancel my old debit card that is scam from some websites that I didn’t not sign up for. I felt bad about it. If anyone looking to do the same thing. I would recommend go to this bank is not busy and manager is very helpful. I’m happy about it???”

“I should start by saying that I was visiting this branch to close my account due to being unhappy with PNC Bank. Five stars is not rating PNC itself but it is a rating for this particular branch & employees. Suha provided excellent service. She is knowledgeable & swiftly completed the task at hand while being personable. For an overall bad experience banking with PNC, this last visit was satisfying & I'm leaving without as much bitterness. One person can make all the difference! Thank you!”
