"My child has attended this center for 1.5 years. Most of the Lead teachers are not state CDA certified. They claim the teachers are on track for certification but they can't finish a six month CDA program and they have worked there for years. Multiple children put toys in their mouths and the toys are not taken away and put in the cleaning bin. Multiple kids sick with runny noses. The in school payment system goes offline all the time so if you were relying on paying by credit card in the office your payment will be late. The online payment system from home locks up and prevents you from paying that way also. They take the kids out to the playground maybe two days a week if they're lucky. But no matter which of these or any otjer issues you point out to them they always have a promise to do better and state "We are constantly striving to improve" They had a Great director(Michelle) for a few months but she transferred because the staff was so bad and they were all gonna quit because she was trying to enforce the standards. If you ask questions they smile and refuse to answer or just flat out lie. Find somewhere else for your little angel if I had it to do over I would."

This place is DISGUSTING!!! I will be reporting my experience to the head of management. I took my kid in for a tour, the woman managing the place had the worst attitude the entire time. Didn’t greet us, was rude to the kids, threw her ipad on the table in front of the children. Pulled a plastic Tupperware that my kid was playing with strait out of his hands. WHY ARE PEOPLE LIKE THIS ALLOWED TO WORK WITH CHILDREN???? DISGUSTING!!!!

My child has been enrolled at this center since last year of June and I have to say she has enjoyed every day. Recently the parents have been allowed back in the building and dropping off has been a little rough but I've noticed that with all the children. My child started off enrolled in EPS and now has transitioned to preschool. The teachers are good with the children my daughter has learned a lot, her speech wasn't the greatest and now we can't stop her from talking. I spoke with Ms. Robin upon enrolling and I shared my concerns about her speech and she relieved me of my fear of her speech delays. Any concerns I've had with anything I always took it to Ms. Robin or Ms. Jayln and they took care of it. Every child is different and every parent has different expectations as for me and my family we love it here. Thanks for all you all are doing in efforts to provide quality care during these crazy times.

My 2 year old came home with urine-soaked shorts and had been at daycare for 9 hours (9a-6p) and had not been changed. There was no resolution or apology, rather, excuses that one of the new teachers must have thought he was potty trained. That type of neglect explains why my son panics every day I dropped him off. If something so obvious could occur, such as sending a child home with a soaked, falling apart diaper after 9 hours, what not so obvious things are happening?

My daughter attended this daycare over the Summer during COVID and I can't say enough positive things about the staff and the way things were handled. I felt safe and safe for my daughter to attend. She absolutely loved her teachers and the activities she did at 'school'. I really liked all the updates of what she did throughout the day including pictures and videos. Each day was a new learning and fun activity after morning circle time and I really felt like they enriched her education while loving on her and taking care of her. She learned to count, say ABC's and to spell her name all at 18 months! I think the daycare was run well and also felt she had a balanced diet for her meals there.

If you want your kids taken care of definitely look elsewhere. There is no engagement or enrichment, kids are not interacted with and set at table to color with a single color crayon. We removed my daughter in August and she still cries about the old school every time we drive by.

This daycare has horrible management (center and district) , a high staff turnover rate and low staff morale. We pulled my toddler as soon as we could find childcare. p.s. the 5 star review about the center by Mignon is a district manager, so take the review with a grain of salt.

This is a wonderful facility with long term staff members. The center focuses on quality early learning experiences for the children they serve and they are NAEYC accredited. This location has a really long waitlist so inquire early if you want your children to have an awesome early learning experience.
