Kevin the manager was absolutely rude and condescending. If you don't want to be at work then don't come! I warn you do NOT join bank of America! Im taking my money to Michigan credit union. This bank is a scam with crabby workers.

I'm am writing this review for a very dear friend of mines because I won't dare loan my money to a bank. My friend is a 75 year old senior citizen that has been banking with this bank for over 40 years. My friend has had to get approximately 4 to 5 bank cards replaced within the last 2 years, due to multiple account breaches. Sometimes the new card is breached before it even arrives. Which can take up to six days! They'll close the account before the new card even arrives and my friend has to borrow money to get by till the card finally arrives in the mail. And where is the perks for such loyalty? Not even a free coffee mug or tablet or something for so many years of Business. If this account can just keep getting hacked at random. Just imagine if this country goes to war with Russia,not will be cataclysmic!I've encouraged my friend to take their money out of this bank for security reasons and if you're smart, you should follow forthwith.

I can't understand why BOA closed many of their locations due to Covid. Talk about not adapting like EVERY OTHER BUSINESS! If you think about it, most banks are already optimized to stop virus transmission with having the security glass between customer and teller. I just think it's a bad business decision that they will regret when customers leave is masses. It's time to drop the hyper cautiousness BOA and get things back to normal before it's too late. If your concerned about your employees, have them wear a mask and move on.

It seems as if every time I go to this branch there's an issue of something me sort. The last time my wife was there, my wife was met by a very rude manager as she was simply trying to get a document notarized. Today i simply had a request with my checking account that was not honored and I didn't realize it until I left the bank and looked at my receipt. From the manager to the teller I think training is needed in how to treat customers at this branch. We've been to this branch a few times and we will not return.

Why do people do business with this big, bailed out corporate bank??? Locations are closed for months and months and months, leaving huge lines when you can find a location open. Customer service does not exist in this company from the Branch Manager, Andrea, in Grosse Pointe Woods, on down to all her employees, terrible customer service. like others have said, I would give zero stars if I could, been trying to get business done here for months and I repeatedly do not hear back from them & I have to call them over & over & over again in order to make simple changes to my account, on top of that all the locations near me have closed so this location is always behind on everything. Everyone I talk to at the branch uses covid as an excuse, as if they live in a bubble and covid has not affected the rest of us. I would love to close my account, but I know it will take months of back and forth to even get that done.

All nearby locations closed... it happens and I can work around it for now. The issues started when I tried to use the bank for things such as withdrawing money. You would think a bank is extremely good at giving people their money that they have saved there. You would be very wrong. Dealing with estate services has taken WEEKS. We have given all the necessary paperwork and proof and signed every document the minute we received it. I have called the agent so many times now that he has probably memorized my phone number. I learned early on from a business mentor that there are two things in life you DONT mess with- 1. You dont mess with peoples food 2. you dont mess with peoples money. Bank of America would be 2 for 2 if they had a food court, im sure of it.

If I could rank it 0 I would. The absolute worst bank I have ever encountered. They've closed down every location near here so it's the only one to bank with. I went in at 330 to cash a check because I didn't want to wair 2 days for it to clear in my bank account I have lert bank if America because of this location. So I was forced to go in wait in a long line because they always keep a long line in this location instead of having another teller in. I FINALLY get in and am told their screen froze so I get moved to another teller but I have to wait in line again . It's now 355 and this other teller tells me in order to cash my check I need for a manager to be there. Since there was no manager I'd have to try again tomorrow ...all the while the teller gave me attitude like I owed her money ?I said I need this thingamajig. She said EXUSE ME...I repeated myself. But apparently she just wanted to start something and hoped I said something else I guess...fml this bank needs to close altogether. Rant done. There was more this is the short version

The lines are long but not a long wait most times you can be in and out
