Robb was great! He took Care of all of my questions and concerns and got to know me by being personable as well. It was a smooth transition buying a new phone and transferring everything over. The only issue I took up with him was that he is a Chicago Bears fan and I just so happened to bleed Honolulu blue! 🦁🤪
