I wouldn't do business with this agent or the high rates of AAA.The agent tries her best to sell you coverages you don't need.She is also rude and doesn't seem to be able understand coverages .I had a claim. Called this agent first and she never called back but did call around renewal time.What does that tell you?Avoid this agent and the company that underwrites the insurance, AAA.If I could give zero , If definitely rate her that.

I took my elderly friend in to ask questions about her insurance and pay a bill. The rudest person I have ever meant called us over. There are no chairs in front of her desk. As we walked over I asked if it was ok to pull a chair over. She could obviously see an elder waking slowly towards her and her response was. "That depends on why you're here!" It went downhill from there. She continued to be rude and chastise us with her rude comments. My friend who has AAA for her home, and cars is now going to cancel with them and use my agent at Allstate! The woman refused to give her name, obviously she knew her arrogance and lack of people skills just lost a life long customer.

AAA has terrible service and customer service. I just had to wait 3 hours on the side of the road for tow. Then I called to report this to supervisor and all he said is "yeah that is along time to be stranded". He showed "NO" empathy or concern about the service I just received. I guess AAA doesn't care about their customers or there safety!

The employees were rude and unpleasant. The office didn't have very clear check-in instructions and the wait was long enough that I just left instead of seeing an agent.

Stay away if you are 90+. Due to a hospitalization we had to relocate my mom to Connecticut. Her car was sitting in our driveway. I called AAA to ensure my family could drive to keep it operational. AAA checked with underwriting increasing the rate from $112 per month to $420. This while I was challenged with caring for my mom. I called my insurer, GEICO, it was like going to grandma's house - they charged $10/month. My parents were AAA MEMBERS SINCE 1967.

I tried to renew my AAA membership here, and, simultaneously move the administration of the membership from FL to MI. This was, surprisingly, a Herculean task for the staff at this office. After consulting with six of her colleagues, and a 25-minute wait, the staff member helping me was still perplexed as to how to make this happen. I know this cannot be an unusual situation at AAA, because millions of people move somewhere in the U.S. every year, so I was baffled as to why this was so difficult. But, apparently it was. I left, with no results, and a promise from the office that they would call me later when they got it figured out. Several hours later, they did call me, and state that they had cracked the code on this problem, and took my credit card information, and promised me that my new Michigan AAA card would be in the mail to me shortly. So, good result, albeit delayed, but, really, you have to wonder, what does this say about the competence of the staff here?

Stopped by this AAA office to get an international drivers license. The folks were friendly, professional, courteous and absolutely interested in doing their best to serve our needs. Bottom line is we were in and out in 20 minutes max.
