My husband and I have been going to this shop for years. They've always done ok work with reasonable prices. They've even give you a ride home(in your vehicle) if you're close by so you don't have to wait hours in the waiting room. I noticed in 2023 that the quality of service changed. Wipers done wrong, wheel alignment off when work done, charging $100 just to look at the car, no rides home and repairs that barely make it past a year. In May 2023 I had wheel bearings done on one tire. June 2024 it went bad. Just past the warranty! A wheel bearing shouldn't wear out that quickly. Very disappointed and have now found a new shop.

My experience at Point Park Service Center was different than any other shop in the metropolitan area that I've been to, The quality of service the time it took them to do the repairs was outstanding
So if you're looking for the best and you refuse to settle for the less go see the man by the name of Angel he will get you right

Great place with prompt service and honest mechanics. Needed a full brake service done on my FJ cruiser and Angel hooked it up with pads, rotors and calipers at a very fair price. Got it all done the same day with extremely good communication as well. Great customer service, couldn't recommend this place enough!

Excellent and a blessing! I had a nail in my tire and called ahead of time to make an appointment. Angel (who is an angel) took my call and explained the process and assured me it would only take a few minutes and to come in right away. I walked in the next morning and Angel knew exactly who I was and what I needed! We have a mechanic for life! Thank you so much!

I typically do my own work though, after a stressful weekend of trying to do the impossible task of getting my rear shock out I decided it was time to take it to the shop. Angel took care of the shock in less then 24 hours saving me a massive amount of stress and time. I've sent my friends here in the past and we have all had good experiences. Dont get ripped off somewhere else, Pointe Park Service will take care of you.

Gave this place a chance in September to do some work on my car and they got me disqualified from my extra coverage. To summarize, I got my car towed to this location, left it with them to go on a camping trip and came back. What I found out was that they made a clerical error by putting the wrong date on my paper work. A repair on my starter and valve cover gasket cost me $700 rather than $200. Additionally, I had a dash light come on after I left the parking lot. My rpm’s were spiking and so once I got gas I returned. They fixed whatever was causing it but it was still shady.These individuals partner with snap so you can take out a loan that doubles after 100 days which I was forced into at the time if I wanted my car back.I came back today for some more work to see if they would help me and “don’t have any mechanics certified or capable of doing electrical work.”Overall, worst place I’ve ever taken my car. Do not support this business.

There is a conflict of interest with this company. They have employees posting rates and reviews to make the company look better than it actually is really. Be cautious when using them for service.

My husband James S. Roye, Jr. has worked here since Oct. 2022 and has received a W2 that does not match the EIN number that the IRS has on file. I have tried repeatedly along with our Tax Preparer to get to the bottom of this foolishnes. The Accountant for the company says that he never issued any W2 to any of their employees. Someone from the company said the Accountant issued the W2 so the company is not reliable especially with any official paperwork that needs to be completed by the company. Business practices seem very shady. Still trying to get to the bottom of this W2.
