The Dr's always do a great job with my dog. I just wish the front desk staff was friendly. I'll go in there, and there is no hello and no eye contact...until they are ready to talk to me. I feel unwelcome. The techs and Dr's are always amazing!

Likely saved my dog's life! Could not be more thankful to Dr. Ciccheli and the Platz team. Rushed my french bulldog in at 5:45pm and though they were about to close, and I am not a patient, they got right to work. He was suffering from heat stroke and his internal temperature was 105. Within 30 min they were able to get it down to 101.7 using oxygen, fans, cooling techniques, and IV/meds. I was able to transport him to an emergency vet (though frankly this is exactly what Platz did for us) because of their quick action.
Without Platz not sure Chuck would be with us. We are eternally grateful. Goes without saying 5+ stars and highly recommend.

I brought my bunny in because he could not walk. The vet took blood work and examined him and sent him home with me. I got up during the night every three hours or so, wishing that I had brought him somewhere that could keep him overnight but assuming I’d get the test results soon enough. Sadly, he passed away less than 24 hours since being at the vet. No one ever called me with the elusive “lab results” or to even check on my bunny. When I spoke with a manager more than a week after his death, they still did not have said results. How was I supposed to care for and keep alive an immobile bunny for that long? The dr didn’t treat my rabbits issues as the emergency that they were. I regret bringing him there 100%. It also cost me $250 for them to do nothing but send my rabbit home to die and it seems they will not be refunding any of that to me. It is clear that this practice only cares about money. Please bring your rabbits elsewhere for emergencies.

We have taken all of our dogs to Dr. Andris for years. He is so kind and caring and very knowledgeable! We have also seen Dr. Gabe and he is excellent as well. To top off the experience the staff are great!

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Dr. Gabe is hands down the most incredible, caring and effective veterinarian. We’ve been going to him at Platz for over 6 years and I am so relieved to have someone so trustworthy and competent care for Hank. 100/5! Can’t forget the rest of the team, they’re wonderful too.

Love, love, love this place! The veterinarians are very caring towards my pets. Especially with my dog that has cancer. I regret that I did not find this place sooner. I had to go through a couple places that felt like a money grab. This place is not like that. They are honest, and affordable. I would 100% recommend this place!

Dr. D. was great. Came in for an exam for my dog and she was great, answered all my questions and the staff was excellent. Definitely will go back.
