I can't tell you how angry I am about my experience here. My check engine light came on, and I had a pre-existing issue with the door that I needed fixed. so I dropped my car off on a Thursday. they told me they would give me a call by the end of the day with an update. they didn't call so I called at the end of the day and they told me they hadn't had a chance to look at it. I said okay but I need it back by Monday so I can get to work. They said no problem. The next day the exact same thing happened but they assured me they would look at it on Saturday. Saturday still nothing. at this point I should have just gone and picked up my car but apparently I'm an idiot. Monday they told me that they'd found the problem ... a valve needed replacing... a 3-hour job.... but they didn't have time to fix it but that it would be ready on Tuesday. I called midday Tuesday and they said they would call me by the end of the day. they never called. Wednesday, Thursday Friday came and went with more broken promises and here we are 10 days later and I finally got my car back
I went in Saturday morning, paid for my car, and as I was walking out I said 'you guys fixed the door right?'
he said 'well it was on the invoice so I'm sure he fixed it. let me go. check."
It turned out they hadn't fixed the door so they had to refund me the $200 for the job they couldn't finish in 10 days. they were kind enough to Bill me $500 in labor to install a $125 part. never again

Bringing a 44 year old car anywhere for service or repair can be difficult & nerve racking but Ryan & his team came through & got the job done! Thank you guys again! Highly recommend for classic vehicle owners & every day drivers as well! Thank you guys again for looking out! ?

My boyfriend made an appointment to take my car in on a Friday morning to get an alignment. He was told that it should take no more than an hour. The entire day went by and we didn’t get a single update. Wasted his whole day as he hung around town for hours waiting for them to finish. He calls Saturday and we’re told that my car doesn’t need an alignment, it needs a new rim on the front right tire. They quote us $350 and say they can have it done on Monday. Monday afternoon roles around, still no phone call, no update. My boyfriend calls and they say the person who was supposed to work on it isn’t in today. I’m getting irritated and suspicious of the quoted price so I call discount tire and they quote me $130 to replace the rim including labor. They suggest I bring it in to have it assessed first. Schedule an appointment. They promptly take a look at the rims and let me know there is nothing wrong with any of my rims and that I only need my tires balanced, which they do free of charge. I would not suggest this place to anyone unless you want to be out of a car and in the dark for days and days only to be lied to and taken advantage of.

I had a flat tire this morning going to work. I was riding through Grosse Pointe when I saw the auto repair shop to inquire on a tire to fix or repair. The mechanic CHRIS told me that even though he didn't have the tire size at the moment, he could order one for me within 2 hrs. He also gave me a very good price for the tire and I took the offer. The tire arrived in 1 hour!! He replace the tire and it saved me so much time and money!! Thank you Chris!!Service: Auto maintenance
