I went into the store having downloaded the incorrect info for an Amazon return. The young lady at the counter, asked if it was ok if she could get the correct one on my phone. She tapped a few keys and I was all set. Thanks. I’ll be back!

Every time I go into this UPS store I am greeted and immediately asked how can I be helped. The line moves very quickly at this location.
