One of the employees is constantly on his personal mobile device while helping customers. He frequently has to ask the manager how to complete tasks. I would guess that if he got off his phone and paid attention, he would learn how to do his job.The manager scolded because I was there to pick-up my warranty exchange before I got the notice. It was in office but still accused me of interrupting his work. Not sure how customer service is interrupting him. Rest assured, I will not return to this store

The employee was on his personal cell and stayed on it. He had no interest in why I was there, never looking up at me. All he could say was you need to buy a new phone. I received the worse customer service I have ever received in my life.

Man that was the clerk looked at me with an attitude when I asked “ if the five dollars in store fee was for cash payments too ?”I asked him was he good because I noticed the attitude and face he made when he answered “for all in store payments!”He acted oblivious. I didn’t want it to escalate so I didn’t mention I asked that because of how you said that when he asked me “why do you ask that/what you mean?”Looked to be the only one in there and maybe his attitude was based on being frustrated because of that but none of that is my fault and I’m entitled to ask questions about random fees t mobile is adding to nickel and dime customers when it’s service is already trash.First and last time visiting this location. Didn’t feel welcomed which is nothing new even from others like me which the associate was a black man.And as for a five dollar fee for in store payments sounds like an overt way to say we don’t want you in our stores or to help you do anything but buy a new phone ?️

This place is terrible, I went to visit today when I opened the door they had to heat on everyone was complaining how hot the store was! Now the service was the worst I ever experienced the two girls that was working was trying to assist everyone that came through the door at once so you know how that works out.I went to the store to open an business account the young lady called Quinton the store manager on the phone to assist her with my new account to make a long story short the manager told me over the phone that my account can not be open because I never paid business taxes I stated I never heard anything like that in my life. I went to T mobile on 9 mile and Kelly I opened the business account at ease.

Lazy workers that wouldn’t tell me if they had a certain smart watch over the phone because it against store policy (I don’t believe this is a real policy) but the other TMobile store let me know they had it and held it for me. Go to the store in the Woods for good service!

Very unprofessional I was there at 10 when doors open and was told without looking my information up after explaining that I had a jump gone return that they couldn’t except my phones in the store .. I also asked him to call customer service because they told me they had to be bring into the store..He refused so I called then I called on my phone .. Another Customer came in same thing and they excepted her phone .. I guess I wasn’t the right shade of color to get the same service.. I I could give no stars I would manager Don’t know how to talk to people.. They need to fire both and Hire people that don’tDiscriminate or talk to customers Rudely

I love the sync up and drive. It tells you everything you need to know about your car and if there's any issues. If there is an issue it can give you places to go to and an approximation of the cost.
