A rude employee alert! We arrived and paid the costs for everything around 2-2:30pm and being told it will take 45 minutes because oil we requested would be coming from somewhere. 1 hour later, we asked how much it would be taking. We had an answer of “I don’t know, maybe half an hour, oil is pulled out and still waiting for the oil”. We kindly said that “1 hour ago it was 45 minutes, if you give an estimate for how long we will wait, we can leave the car and pick up tomorrow”. A very rude blonde guy on the desk , told us without even looking at us just staring of his computer “no I told you 7 minutes ago it will take 30 minutes”. We were very kind while asking. No need to be rude or acting like we are doing harm. We are just asking calmly. He was acting like we are insects… he was nicer to other customers meanwhile. I am not sure what we did wrong by just asking how much will it take, we can leave and pick up car tomorrow. If you are stressed in the work, do not take it out from a customer you did not like. If you don’t have something you don’t have in the store, just told us come next day once you had it, we were also ok yo come next day. Good service until they sold and took the money.

Good experience all the way around - from making the appointment online (very user friendly website), to really solid customer service (only drawback - a bit heavy handed on the up-selling) and excellent work done on my car. Definitely recommend.

The convenience of having a self-service free air machine is invaluable in this day and age. Being that it's also a digital readout makes it easy for anyone to use.

Brought my tire in because it had a screw in it, they kindly repaired it for me for free within the day. 1 week later the tire pressure still kept dropping, so I brought it back so they could fix the patch again.
They called and said someone plugged their patch so the patch doesn't work anymore and I needed a new $350 tire. The person who called also insisted they don't use plugs and I must have plugged it myself or taken it somewhere to get it plugged, which broke their patch. (question: why would I take my car in to get a hole plugged if their patch worked?)
all in all - super shitty service the way they handled this, will never go back here. lied about the work they did and then tried to upsell me in order to make money

It was by chance (and funny I use that word) that I stopped in. When I got my E-trike, it came with slime in the tubes. This created a problem in that I couldn't check tire pressure. The slime fouled the valve core. Anyhow, I stopped to see if they would change the valve core for me. The person that helped me was Chance (at least I hope I'm remembering his name right). We talked and he offered to help this disabled person for free. WOW! THANK YOU! That is really going above & beyond to help in the neighborhood they serve. Crawling around to change the core myself would just HURT! Thank you Belle Tire! You helped me more than you know!

This lady had been occupying the air tire service
Station or 10 minutes. I asked the people in the building. Could they please give me some air pressure because I literally just saw them give another man air pressure.
The employee responds with oh we just serviced his tires, but you can get some air from the station over there. I didn’t ask you where to get air pressure. I asked you could you help me and would you mind giving me some air pressure? For the past few years, the customer service at this location has really went down, I can see nothing changed.

Excellent experience with Belle Tire Grosse Pointe. Kenny was very helpful with suggesting the perfect tires for my vehicle and ensured my vehicle had a 4 wheel alignment and synthetic oil change. Received a discount for working as a Registered Nurse and mail in rebate also. Shop was very busy and vehicle was complete as promised. Have come to this Belle Tire for almost 30 years and will keep on returning. Thank you for such a great experience!!
