After being disgusted and asking myself WHY I STAY at Huntington ( easy: the 1 Day Grace ) and 1. no call back -though they stated they saw call to Branch 2. BadAttitude and you're NO Lady Gaga 3. RUUUUUDE 4. 5 attempts in last 6mos to simply go IN with Daughter, Open Account for $ she has earned and is SaVING and 5. apparently someone of some stature came out to listen to the exchange (Where I calmly but assertively asked THEN WHEN ? Honestly you cannot beat the customer service, I know that unlike the big banks you can't reach someone 24/7 but the actual care factor is what sets these institutions apart. If you are a half ways decent planner that isn't going to have a money issue twice a week at 12 am these guys will save you in fees and pay you back in customer service.”
