I've shopped here for close to 20 years. Always have the best prices on food, treats, and toys. If you shop on Saturday be prepared to stand in long lines to check out but it's well worth it

It's a private owned pet supply, not a chain retailer... With that being said... It's not uncommon to hear the staff (or what appears like family members all working together) get into little arguments here and there. I think it's quite funny lol.. Business wise, they're cheaper than any other pet supply around. Pet smart wants to charge something like $15 for a medium sized bully stick (dog chew stick) and K9 has the same size one for $5. Great prices. Lines can get ridiculously long so you gotta learn when not to go, otherwise, it's a great store.
