Great gifts and Grosse Ile merchandise like shirts etc too. I can't speak to plants etc. They are a smaller location for that sort of thing but it always looks like good quality plants. Support local!

Dr. Woodward was caring and thoroughly examined my dog even though we only needed advice regarding a procedure another vet told us my "baby" needed. She spent a lot of time explaining what was needed all the while holding my dog and talking to him. I would give 10 stars if available.

Grosse Ile Animal Shelter
25799 3rd St, Grosse IleThis place cares about their animals like no other. Incredibly clean facility, a whole community of lovely volunteers, and a wonderful property. I appreciate the amount of time they take not only on the potential adopter’s application, but their attitudes as well. We had a great time talking to staff and introducing our dogs, and even though it didn’t work out for us, they still went above and beyond to treat us with kindness. Don’t sleep on this shelter. They are doing amazing work.
