The butt has some flappy saggy flap , the cuff stich is a tiny bit noticable I'm not even going to worry about it, as I will only wear it seldomly. But gentlemen may want to go elsewhere”

“My down jacket had these terrible oil stains from a friend's mishap. Took it to here because it was close to work. I will have to say I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. They were able to clean my down properly, came back without the stains, fluffed and smelling nice. Pricing was fair considering prices overall now with inflation. Service was great because they got the stains out and they did NOT dry clean the down. Thank you for being a miracle worker and saving my jacket. I will come back again.”
