Over the years, I have come to this cleaner to get my uniforms done. They have done quite well when it comes to cleaning, and I have never had issues with buttons coming off or stains remaining present. I would definitely rate a 5 stars, although I do have one issue. I don’t usually make employee complaints, but seeing I come here so often, I feel it needs to be addressed now. Theres a young woman that works here that is just so condescending and even many times had been incredibly rude. I came in two weeks ago to pick up clothes, and there was a large gray stain on one of my whites that hadn’t been there before, and so I inquired. This young lady sneered at me and told me “I don’t clean the clothes, don’t ask me.” I responded to her by telling her I’d like the manager’s number and she told me to leave. Her behavior was absolutely inappropriate.
There is a boy that works here that is incredibly helpful and even calls me back with a follow-up if I have a question. Sometimes I see an older woman who is also very helpful. Those employees are the only reason this gets a 3-star. I will not be coming back as often so long as the one lady remains here as a worker.

Horrible! I had not realized they out sourced their services, and when my husbands blazer came back missing a button, spots still on the jacket, in addition to visible press marks all over the back, I was treated as if I should have known this and given a attitude. The employee made the comment to the effect ‘there isn’t equipment on site, how would we clean garments?’ I was told to contact the actual cleaners (Brown’s in Wyandotte) for appropriate service needs. To which I did call Brown’s to address the issues. A week later, I went to collect the item, with a replacement button that looks nothing like the one that was lost and again treated like it was me who did something wrong. The location might be convenient, however the service is horrible & not worth the headache. Make the drive off the island and go somewhere else for your dry cleaning. Side note- I typically don’t write reviews & deeply believe in supporting local businesses, sad that it turned out this way and I am no longer a customer.

Do yourself a favor go somewhere else and avoid being insulted by the staff here.Prepaid for a bunch of dry cleaning. When I went pick up the items I was told I was going to be charged extra for a sweater belt that went with one of my wife’s sweaters. When I questioned it, the women behind the counter told me ‘she just works and I’m rich so I should just pay the extra’. Needless to say I will no longer be taking my business here. Sad to see a small business treat loyal customers with such disrespect.

Great place. Large discounts available here and the staff are always kind and helpful. They do a great job with my suits.

Great service every time. My Laundered shirts are always crisp, my dry cleaning is always sharp and when my shirts need a button or two they are quick to get repairs back. A great hometown place to do business.

They always have my clothes ready on time. Shirt and pants pressing are phenomenal! Sometimes, when I pick up my clothes, i get surprised at discounts applied to my order, but I guess they always have discounts that rotate which is a plus.

copied from my Google review. They send items to Browns Cleaners Wyandotte This is the worst cleaner I have ever used. They are the only game in town, however it is worth leaving the Island to Wyandotte or Trenton. 1) In 2011 they lost a relatively new Joseph Abboud shirt. after 4 months of "looking" for this shirt I finally demanded they replace.(each week they had me look through dozens of unclaimed shirts, not a good sign) They were not happy and made me produce a receipt for a shirt they lost. 2) Every 2nd shirt order had problems. Collars never cleaned. dark lint in pockets and hems. 3) A very new shirt came back with a large discoloration opposite the pocket. I pointed this out on the spot they sent back to try and get out. A week later it came back with a larger stain near the same spot. 4) The last straw was 5 of 8 shirts had dark lint in pockets and in seam (buttons.) Collars were darker then when I dropped them off. The new employee let me take my suit and good shirts home without paying.(another customer came in during this time with same problems) the next morning the manger called and yelled at me to come in and pay now. Good luck Ever-Ready terrible service and poor product
