This is the WORST PHARMACY. The phone system is absolutely terrible and nobody answers the phone. This makes it impossible to fill a simple prescription.This store was 10x better when it was SavOns and someone answered the phone.

Customer service is just rude. They lie about their policies, will not fill prescriptions because they don't have a pharmacist on staff until after 3:00 p.m.

I will drive 30 minutes or more to use another pharmacy.This place is horrible they have no clue about hippa rude condescending. Ever time I have waited in line to see the almighty Oz I can hear them discussing medications that people take. They are not good with seniors that need advice. I have seen many confused people leave the counter area.Heaven forbid you need to purchase products the 2000% markup can be slightly offset if you buy more than one.A few of the employees seem ok but the pharmacy staff have a bit of a god complex.

Actually, I shop at CVS on a weekly basis, and other than prices (which I understand) I don't see how your Store could be any more Shopper Friendly, both in the Store or the Pharmacy.

Staff are very helpful every time I come in. This place has anything that you could possibly want in it for snacks and the pharmacy is very fast. Always nice to come in.

I was so happy when the store changed to CVS, I love the stores selection of items available.The staff are always friendly and helpful.We haven’t had any issues with our prescriptions for our family of four. On the rare occasion they are out of something or they don’t regularly stock an item they have ordered it for us. If it is something we need urgently they offer to call another store for us.

Hanan the Pharmacist is fabulous. She is very detailed, extremely pleasant, outgoing and helpful. Hanan goes above and beyond to help her patients. I have never encountered a more helpful Pharmacist. Kudos to Hanan and her excellent customer service ?

My experience with the store and pharmacy staff have been excellent. They are friendly and helpful and always ask me if I need assistance. Pharmacist Jen is the best! The store is clean and organized. Love the coupons and extra bucks!! If you don’t want paper receipts sign up for digital. Also download the app and never miss out on all the coupons. The carepass program is awesome too!
