Rod has worked on a couple of our vehicles over the years and we have always been very happy with his workmanship. He goes above and beyond to give customer satisfaction and is very knowledgeable about his work and dealing with insurance companies. He was able to help us get through the maze of dealing with insurance when my car was considered "totaled" recently. Even our insurance company referred to his knowledge and willingness to explain things. Hope that we never have to use him again but if we ever have need of auto body repair service again he will definitely be our choice.

I was coming up on the end of my lease and needed some repairs done before turning it in. Not only did Rod and his employees do an amazing job but they took care of it in a very timely manner. The pricing was completely appropriate and the work was phenomenal. If I ever need body work done again (here’s hoping I don’t) I will not hesitate to take my vehicle here.

Rod did a great job fixing our car a few years ago. He was fast and dealt directly with our insurance company. A few days, my husband hit a deer. Rod told us to bring the car right in. I gave him the claim number and he contacted the insurance company with pictures and an estimate on the same day. Turns out, the car is totaled, but we are keeping it. When we went to pick the car up the very next day, Rod had gotten the hood in working condition for us to get home. He would not take any money!! Really nice guy!! I highly recommend Rod Munsells Collision Repair!!
