I have taken a number of my vehicles to Certified for about 10 years. They have even wrestled with unwieldy BMWs. They have provided quality care every step of the way! Thanks for being there (especially 7 minutes from my house)!

Norm was my 'only hope' when a main engine component went out at the WORST possible time. Norm went beyond above and beyond to make sure I had something to drive to keep family plans intact and to ensure a safe trip home.
