I have been to this store twice in the last year for separate issues and each time staff seemed inconvenienced that I was there and very cold and unwelcoming. Both times I ended up leaving and going online to get assistance. I have no issue with Verizon, I just get way better service online than I do here.

I went in for a sim replacement as I broke my phone. They informed me that they could not and that only a corporate store could. In an attempt to avoid a long drive I figured I'd try the next closest location. Not only did this non-corperate store say they could help with getting my phone working. They did it free of charge. Russell cellular is only concerned with pumping out new phone sales. Not with actual customer issues that don't include hundreds of not thousands of dollars of sales. I will never return to that location.

I wish I could give this store no stars. I walked in to ask questions and what I owe on my account and being that it's under my mom's account and I am authorized to do anything on the account. I couldn't do anything unless my mom was there and holding my hand for questions that I was asking and the guy I talked to got up and walked away so I just walked out the door and went to another location for much better service and all I had to do is show my license. Your employees wanted my Mom there to hold my hand because I am authorized to make changes or buy phones on this account. So have your business with whoever and I will be reporting to the better business bureau about your employees experience. I also was refused service for not having my mom there with me holding my hand when I am an authorized user on the account. I was also told that I could not get help or service from this store ever again. If that's the way you people do business I will be pushing the better business bureau all the way to the limit. Nobody was helpful and nobody wanted to help. All everyone wanted to say is that I am not an authorized user on the account and I needed my mom to be there with me and I know that's not true because I have been in there before and bought other phones as an authorized user on the account and didn't have any trouble at all. Now all of a sudden they won't let me do anything on the account by myself. Only if my mom was in there holding my hand. This store owner should be put out of business. You people are worthless.

Went in there this morning the lady refused to help I asked her to check something on my account wouldn't do anything to help not happy at all. It seems every time I try to go there they don't have any good help to help

I purchased a screen protector for $65 and the protector covered the forward facing camera. So Peyton apologized and said that I could either return it right away or I could wait till they got the corrected screens in and exchange it for the right one later. I chose to wait and exchange it for the right one. Needless to say life got busy and I waited past the 30 days. They will not honor the exchange. I tried to support our local businesses and chose to wait and exchange it later like they suggested. Now I’m out my money and it will be the last time I spend it there. I’ll be getting my phones directly through Verizon and I will just get my accessories online at a much cheaper price. Don’t waste your time or money.

I wish I had there job to sit around all day and tell customer while chewing food they have no clue how to do anything. Good thing my teenager understands tech stuff and fix it for me. And atleast he wasn't chewing while talk holding my phone

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Stephen for helping me yesterday getting my phone activated. I've spent over 10 hours on the phone with customer service and no one could help me. I walked in amd was greeted quickly and was out within 5 minutes. Thank you again for the great customer service.
