Jessie and Daniel at the Greenville UPS store were very helpful. I went to fill out I-9. There was some confusion, Jessie was polite, helpful, and not phased by my crankiness, due to the confusion. We got the task completed. Thank you Jessie!!

I witnessed your employee, Tracy, be remarkably kind to an elderly gentleman trying to send a return today. She was outstanding! Very patient and kind towards him and ensured even through a couple of bumps that she was able to help him. It was refreshing and a joy to watch.
