MRI is a joke. Had appointment Sunday. I ask 2 times if she understood it was Sunday. She said yes. Got there they told me I did not have one. Then it would March. They are nasty people.

Had CXR done February 16th and took 5 days for radiology to read it! Then said normal, and there is no way it is normal as I have COPD and emphysema! My X-rays are never normal!!! If you read this Corwell you have incompetent radiologist! Poor excuse for a hospital! Believe me if something happens because of your neglect lawsuit with be next!;

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had uncaring EVERYONE is treated like an aggravating problem in 25 years of coming here has it never been such poor quality somebody better think of getting a new administrator cuz this hospital doesn't deserve any stars

I had to go to the ER to get a foot xray. The staff was pretty good for what have to work with but it took 5+ hrs to find out my foot was broke...Urgent Care across the street should have been able to take care of this not ER?Why Corewell?

Outstanding experience. I had Emergency Surgery here, the nursing staff was excellent. Dr. was great with very good communication. Facility was excellent too.

Visited the ER for the first time here tonight. Both nurses and the doctor were phenomenal!! Check in was immediate and a breeze, went directly to a room. Staff was nice and welcoming. Wasn’t sure they would be able to fix without sending me to GR, but they did!! In only 50 mins from walking in to walking out.

I arrived in pain at almost 37 weeks pregnant waited what felt like forever, possibly 10 min give or take a couple min in the emergency department for someone to take me upstairs to labor and delivery. Even though I presented with horrible upper belly pains and a sick stomach feeling like I would pass out. I lost my baby due to pre-eclampsia but I feel I should've been rushed through to OB with the amount of pain I had presented in with. I'm happy with the OB team having made the right decisions to transfer me through aeromed to grand rapids Butterworth to save my life, but I wish choices were better made in the beginning for my baby so he could be here with me too. I'm feeling thankful for my life but disappointed in that of how I was treated in the beginning with hopes my baby would've been safe also instead of having to let him go.

Wait times are definitely long most of the time, but staff has always been great. My 2 year old was seen here a few weeks ago for respiratory issues and they got him into a room immediately, got him started on oxygen quickly and were so nice and attentive. They did their best to make him (& I) comfortable while we waited for the ambulance for a transfer to Helen Devos.

I have came here a few times and the staff is ridiculously slow. I have been waiting for a nurse or doctor to come and talk with me for about an hour now. My results have been added to MyChart but yet still waiting to be talked to. Rockford is the best place to go to

They have the best nurses, especially in ER. Took such great care of my husband thru covid. People want instant cures and leave bad reviews but this hospital cares and is always so professional and kind. Definitely one of the best in Michigan

I'm pretty sure that people only leave a review at hospitals when they have a bad experience. We have now had several very good experiences here. Really nice place with amazing people. They really seem to care.
