Went in for an oil change for a car I bought in the winter months. Now that it’s summer I wanted to change my oil myself to save a few dollars. I could not get my drain plug off because these guys put the damn thing on so freaking tight. They mark the drain plug before they take it off to prevent this but the drain plug is about an 1/8th of a turn past their mark. What is wrong with people these days? I swear you guys must think to yourself: “If it don’t break coming apart then it ain’t tight enough!” All you need is what you can do with your bare hands with zero leverage. In other words snug it down. I’ve watched people use filter wrenches to put filters on and use the end of a wrench or ratchet to put the drain plug back on. If you don’t understand the concept of a torque spec then stay away from cars!!!! You should NEVER need leverage or a breaker bar to remove a drain plug. You should NEVER have to break an oil filter to remove it.

SUPER FAST & THOROUGH! Beyond happy with their service. I have 2 kids under 2 years old in the car, so I needed an oil change done quick! Changed the oil, checked & changed a light bulb out, filled the tires, checked all fluids, topped them off, and in about 10 minutes it was done. Best service I have had in the 14 years of being a vehicle owner.

Waited an hour just to pull into the bay & be told they no longer replace headlights?! Mgr was no help. I asked why there was no signage? Why wasn't someone checking each car to see what service they were waiting for as they've done in the past? His answer: go to Pennzoil if you want good service. After being a customer here for several years...we are now going to Belding Automotive.

Originally went to Walmart (cause I'm cheap) and they told me they couldn't change my oil because the bolt was "on too tight". I called PPQ, and spoke to Anthony. I got in there in 2 minutes and was there for maybe 15 minutes. They didn't have any problem getting my oil changed and topped everything off, plus the staff was much more friendly. I have had one bad experience and it was way bad!!! But I will say the manager made it right and I have been going there for over a year now with two veichles. It is expensive there is no denying that, but they are an awesome crew and worth the money. Very kind and welcoming and fast and good at what they do!
