Website redirected me to wrong location. Stuck with storage on the other side of town. Intended on renting from one close to my home. Took 5 hours for them to call me back. Rental Truck needed to be returned so I had to accept the wrong unit.

We liked that this place was in our town and was $100 less than what I was paying in Rockford. When we went to rent one, we had issue at the kiosk. The manager showed up and was not very helpful at all. We got the impression he just wanted to go home. We even asked him to show us where our unit was, to which he didn't seem too thrilled about. We ended up getting an incorrect gait combination. We were getting very frustrated. We ended up going to the west location and the woman working there was just about to leave to go to a doctor's appointment but decided to help us. She didn't have time to assist us fully but did promise to meet us back after her appointment. She arrived at the north location and attempted to help herself but needed to call the manager. He was able to help her over the phone and remembered us. She then told him how disappointed we were with him. We got a correct gait combination and got everything squared away.

I stored all my household in a nice big 12x15. Its doable, just have to rent some times. Glad for the staff and those who put their time into your business. Ty

Very clean maintained facility. My mother in used this facility for her move to Michigan. She used the inside storage. They had handcarts to use..If I needed a storage area I would choose this one
