What a great experience I had at Fresh Start Fitness. Bought a day pass while visiting in Greenville. Exceptional customer service, clean facility, impressive variety of equipment and classes offered. Chris went above and beyond to help and was very friendly. Highly recommend

Filthy facility and equipment not maintained. Tanning bed bulbs burnt out and not replaced. Classes alway canceled. Why pay for a service you are unable to use? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

I love the gym, but the members and the lack of control over them are really bringing the entire experience down. Some members occupy the entire gym with groups of 4-5 people, use multiple machines/stations at once, and make it difficult for other members to workout. Members leave bags, water jugs, and headphones on one piece of equipment and use another. Just seems like a lot of other members have no respect for others and nothing gets done about it lately.

50% of the treadmills do not work. Other members leave trash around the gym.They have heavy dumbbells, up to 130 I believe. 247 gym.

Horrible pushy sales. They'll lie to get you in a contract that you can never get out of. Refuse to communicate via email and force you to come in so you can't have record of their shady practices.
