Brought my 2017 ford fusion in for an engine replacement when I got it back there was almost no oil on the dipstick and the service was horrible took almost a month to get done.

Bought a car, said they would dealtail it, change the oil, and fill it with Gas.
None of this happen. After paying cash. They had the car from Friday until Monday afternoon when (my husband and daughter pick it up for me) pick it up.
Tyler is a good talker but doesn't stand by what he says he will do for a customer.

Will never shop here again....pressured my wife into a contract for 20000$ more than it was worth....told us come back in 3 months and refinance...lies lies lies.... waited 6 months but can't refinance due to over over charged....lies lies lies.... this is how they treat a very hard working nurse....lies lies lies.... they'll rip off a nurse they will also rip you off.....lies lies lies..... Sundance of st John's that's were we should have went they treated us quite well....I want to know were to park it when I take it back... the old commercial were the old lady throws the tire through the window..... first thing that came to my mind ...again lie cheat and trick you into signing a bad contract ... keep reading reviews you'll see.....lie lie cheat

Luke Pigorsh seems to think he can insult and try to belittle people. Telling me he will give me a couple bucks after he sells his car on Facebook. If you think you can talk to people like this you’re on something. Making fun of my family on my cover photo. Kind of disgusting to be honest but I’ll just leave this here. I hope you can sell your overpriced cars to people in need. All I asked him was why he was selling a 2018 Taurus for 5k more than what it’s worth?

Nightmare.
Poor communication.
It took several visits to get my original concern resolved.
Truck was ready for pick up, but original service writer had a day off.
No one was able to help, except for the guy that had a day off...
So I was never informed that I could come in and pay and get my truck.
Service Manager was not available either. No follow up from him.
Go elsewhere!
11/14/2023: Have not yet received any follow-up from the Service Manager.
Transmission issue has returned and I am afraid to return to Ed Koen Ford to have the same issue addressed.
Someone at Ed Koen has to realize that they have a severe problem at their dealership.
Resolution: have someone who is willing to assist make contact with me...a simple post of "service manager has been advised" with no follow-up is just garbage talk.

If I could give no stars I would. The most terrible experience I have ever had at a dealership.
Very unprofessional upon arrival. Was taken care of by a child as a sales rep who couldn’t answer any questions. Was told my transmission was bad on my trade in so they low bald me and there is nothing wrong with my car. Then came back and said if I say it’s ok then they would give me more for my trade.
Then to top it off, the finance guy who looks like the joker from Batman, I think his name is Brian. He had the nerve to curse at my husband.
Stay clear from this dealership.
Go to Feldmans in Lansing, they will role the red carpet out for you. So we bought from them.

The service and repore are polite, Kind, honest, and prompt. Qualities you just don't find every where these days. Big city service with small town care that comes very appreciated!

Not the best vehicle, not the most honest, have to admit we got talked into a bad loan. Asked to have the sensor light on the tire checked out, before anything was even signed, was told it just needed turned of no issue. The actual sensor is bad, theyre not cheap to replace, couple hundred dollars. Only one key fob was given.
Just go elsewhere, there's plenty more reputable dealers, this place just isn't. Sales people and financing are definitely pushing into grey areas/scammer, dirty sly, whatever you will. We will not return once this vehicle is paid off.
